Sooo still not allowed to weigh myself lol.. but I am dying to hop on that scale. I completely cut out splenda as I just don't think I can do sweet in moderation. I don't want it to slow down my weight loss. I was staying under my carbs.. but I know I was overdoing it on the cheese. So I scaled that back too.. Hopefully once Aunt Flo beats the scene I will be rewarded with another great weigh in.

Good luck with your weigh in!!! I find it hard not to weigh so well done for keeping off those scales! It's so hard isn't it... there they are just sitting there waiting to do there job LOL!!!! How can you ignore them :) I know what you mean about the sweet it's just too tempting to go for more. I have completely cut out sweet all together cause once I start I can't stop! All the best and looking forward to seeing your weight in. It will be great!! :)
