Geocaching Gary's Journal, 15 December 2017

I started to loose weight after I had my heart attack May 30 , 2016, then I stopped my journal and MY FATSECRET. Last year I had Prostate Surgery and last week I found out that I'm DIABETIC. So now is time for me to start back up to eat better foods and to loose some weight.
