Last week I cut down on the amount of appetite suppressant I am taking. It seemed to work ok but what I have noticed in the last day or two is that the "carb dream" has come back. Last night I dreamt I ate a Thomas english muffin with butter. It tasted sooooo good but then I woke up from the dream feeling guilty. Too funny.
Also, yesterday I got really dehydrated. Note to self: DRINK MORE WATER.
