thought I would reset my diet. for the past month I was stuck...not sure what was the cause...but after researching and tweaking my diet, found out that protein can turn into sugars (Glycogen) if on a low car diet... so decided to recalibrate my macros. high fat, about 100g , protein to be really low 20 to 30 g, and super low net carbs around 20g or less. diet and intermittent fasting. so eating once a day around 3pm, salad, olive oil, avocado and eggs (boiled eggs) ... in the mornings I have coffee with butter, stevia, heavy cream, sometimes with MCT oil ...been doing this for 4 days and it is working for me. when I get hungry at night I have to drink water or go to bed early.
