I thought I was going to have such a great diet day yesterday, then I picked the highest calorie sandwich from Subway...Chicken Bacon Melt...500cal per 6", and I ate a foot long...plus I added cheese (who doesn't)...I normally have a Subway Club, which is 300cal per 6" so I wasn't expecting an extra 400cal in my sandwich...oh well, learning curve just went up a bit I guess?!

Didn't get any exercise in yesterday...just plain lazy, no other excuse for it. I'll be getting on my stationary bike tonight (rainy here...at least it isn't snow!)
