This is going to be an Awesome week. My mind is clear this morning, and I think I am finely getting the hang off my food intake. Just been experimenting with my calorie intake, I want to keep it around 13-1500 I just get so hungry if I keep it right at 1200, and I don't like snacking after 8pm. So my race is this saturday and what happens with the weather, all week it's meant to be in the mid 50's and then on saturday we are meant to get snow. O well Im use to running in the cold, would be nice if it was at least 50 outside thogh.

That's the spirit! You get a birthday, St. Patrick's Day, and your race this week! How great is all of that?! I hope the snow holds off for your race, but if it doesn't I know you'll still be out there kicking butt!
