1689 kcal Fat: 74.43g | Prot: 83.44g | Carb: 211.22g.   Breakfast: coffee, lemon juice, calorie count, banana, walnuts, blueberries, kashi cereal go lean, emergen-c, Fat Free Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Psyllium Husks, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, mushrooms, kidney beans, cucumber, Grape Tomatoes, romaine lettuce, lemon juice. Dinner: cucumber, greek yogurt, lemon juice, salmon, garlic, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, broccoli, garlic, lemon juice, spinach, cilantro, lemon juice, avocado, cucumber, celery , carrots. Snacks/Other: psyllium seed husk fiber, Psyllium Seed Husk Fiber, lemon juice, walnut, orange, almond butter, apple. more...
