I ate 3 meals per day at the cruise, cheated on day before thanksgiving and thanksgiving with rice and beans, but otherwise kept to protocol meat and water.

I'm back from the cruise as of Sunday. Started a fast Sunday morning at 8:00 am and just ended my fast this morning Wednesday at 6:30 am.
Record fast at 70.5 hrs

Workout OTF Monday base 5, push 6, all-out 9.
Tuesday Karate 1.5 hrs, orange belt achieved.

Started knuckle Push-ups 45, 55 push ups, squats 100 Monday and Tuesday so far.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Let's go for a record fast next week starting Sunday last meal lunch. You down? I did 74 a few years back. After 48 hrs, no hunger whatsoever.

lol just finished my fast did a 70.5 hrs. Congrats on the 74 hr, I will have to try to beat that.

What would the guidelines of the fast be - if I may ask?

I try to do one long fast per week 48+ hrs, unless it's a feast week (1 week/month) and IF for 20+ hrs weekdays, weekends are 16+ hrs. I also line up my workouts on fast days. This is the "plan" but life has ways to deter that, for example I don't fast when sick or on vacation, holidays. I'm fine with that as I think fasting works best when it's random that way the body does not build a tolerance to it.
