Wow. Losing weight, just have to keep a better record of what I'm eating. The actual weight on January 2nd start was 190 pounds. Today my morning weigh-in tells me I'm at 182 pounds. Oh happy day!!! To top if off my husband bought me an elliptical machine to help me along!
I'll use it immediately once the twins have their schedules set so I can anticipate time to work out!
