Today is Day 1. Yesterday I purchased all the right food and placed it in Tupperware and purged all of the bad food from the frig and pantry. My whole family is doing this with me. We ate our "comfort" foods yesterday. We did the meal plan for the week and prepped the food. I'm taking my bottled water and sneakers to work to walk during lunch. I'm excited and motivated that this time will be the right time for me.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
