Well, here it is 9:30 at night and I am starving. I spent over 600 calories in eating walnuts. I heard they were good for shrinking belly fat. I'm over the total cal for the night but I need to eat something more. So, I will probably be heavier in the am. I'll eat some protein. Trial and error.
