Kinda mad at myself cause I hit 147 .2 this past week but for some reason my dumb butt decided to finish my kids chicken nuggets and fries last night and now I'm regretting it. Crazy what an impact one night can make. Lol this was so not worth the 4 nuggets and small amount of fries 😏 Oh well. Also, my goal for next week is to at least maintain this weight giving Thanksgiving and all. I plan to control myself because I have 2 dinners to go to. Maybe snack small all day to keep my metabolism going and save myself for the good food lol. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
