I know how you feel... the fat analyzer shocked and horrified me when I first got one, too! I read, though, that they are not all that accurate, and you should use them only to compare one reading to another (and then only in exactly similar circumstances, ie time of day, water consumed, exercise done...) rather than as completely accurate fact. i'm doing strength training, hoping that's going to help. i think it will build muscle faster than extra cardio.
