Mamamo's Journal, 12 March 2010

I have had a wonderful week becuase of our new grandchild but a poor week from the dieting standpoint Lots of meals out Excercise time taken up by baby sitting toddler. Weight was bouncing up and down. I know I didn't stray much from my plan but yesterday I had two giant size salads so maybe it's a bulk issue. The salds were great and totally Atkins friendly but much more than 2 cups of salad greens with Turkey at lunch Grilled Chix at dinner. Terrific fun with our 2 yr old but no real meaningful exercise past lifting her and running with her. Hopefully next weekit will be more possible to get back on my execise plan and eat more normal meals. It's Fri The end of a very busy happy tiring week. If I missed losing any more this week I'll just have to redouble my efforts starting this week end
