went to see my dietitian today and even though I am retaining water ( no matter how hard I have tried to get it off) I still lost weight down to 226.4 from 230 some days I just have a hard time getting rid of the extra water no mater what I eat or how much water I drink to help it go away. but thats ok because I know that if it were not for the extra water my weigh in would have been less. I am going back to see her in 1 month and going to have to find the time to do my 15 minutes daily workout on the elliptical which lately has been hard to find the time on the go to Dr. appointments for my hubby. But I need to do this for me I want to become more healthy and start getting off more meds. almost 20 a day are to many. I want to thank every one who is supporting me along my journey. I have not be this low in weigh for about 40 years and can't wait to see it continue to a point that I was in jr. high wow that was a long time ago.
