Feel terrible today. I didn't slip up at all, but I went from 201.2 to 205 in one day. I know that I couldn't have possibly gained that much by eating, since I was way under yesterday and today.
This whole week I have been working out a lot harder than usual (racquetball after work on two days for 45min each, running 3 miles on monday, and then workout class monday and weight lifting yesterday). Since I have a workout class tomorrow, I figured I could rest today and give my muscles a chance to recover.
I guess I must have just been really dehydrated the last few days and now am back to reality. I guess 3 pounds in 11 days isn't terrible, but its certainly disappointing given my previous numbers.
