Okay, so I didn't do smoothies ALL day long, but I did have a smoothie for breakfast, which really helped me to stay sated for a longer period of time than having a regular breakfast would have. My workout today was a circuit training workout, as outlined in the ABS DIET book. It included a lot of strength-training moves, and was definitely challenging, as I had to complete two circuits! So...feeling good today! I'll carry it on tomorrow...

Good job, HauteMama28! I didn't make it to the gym today - got caught at work until 7 pm and didn't take a late afternoon snack, so had to get home and EAT! LOL I'm reading everyone's journals to motivate myself to do the home-weights-version of the workout.

I only work out at home because the gyms where I live SUCK, and don't offer child care. HOW RIDICULOUS is THAT?! I mean, really. I use a Swiss Ball, Resistance Tubes, and a 6 lb. Medicine ball at home...Does the trick. Except, I'd like to get a resistance BAND instead...I think they're more versatile than tubes are. Anyway, tomorrow is another day! Maybe tonight you can put together some snacks to take with you to work so you don't miss your afternoon snack...That's my roughest time of the day. I ALWAYS eat something at around 4 pm. Have a great day 2morrow!
