Played softball last night and could barely walk this morning. So instead of the treadmill, I lifted weights at the gym. After the six months away, I could definitely tell that the 15 pounders were much more difficult to lift and my arms were burning after only two sets of ten in each position. Hopefully it won't take long to build back up to where I left off.
