Just left the most toxic job I've ever been in and have decided that it's the perfect time for me to focus on gaining back the health this job cost me.
But the new stay-at-home routine is going to be a challenge. No kids, but temptation and excuses. Will have to stay focused and create a new routine and with it new habits.
