- Nearly 30-something recently relocated to Tennessee from Pennsylvania.
- Tries to be a runner, but still don't feel that I've earned the moniker (10 races later).
- Used to be well over 250 before losing 80 then gaining back 30 during the relocation this past winter.
- Feels immense pressure as boyfriend is a triathlete and has very athletic family. Mine is the opposite and they still don't understand how I can enjoy running "for no reason".
- Will cook anything once, even if I don't eat it.
- Love yoga, strength training, and am desperate to get back to doing TRX!

Feeling like a failure...
I'm in the exact same place right now. I feel like I whatever I do, right or wrong, is going to get me no where. Because that's where I keep ending up. I just try to keep reminding myself that my weight used to be a lot worse and that I should be thankful I haven't gone completely in reverse and gained all of it back. I also keep this in my head "When everything else seems out of control, you still have control over what you consume."
