Today was a good day! I have stuck to my diet and I got my 30 minutes of excercise in. I tried a new recipe tonight called cheesy chicken enchiladas, it was delicious and low in calories. Now I just have to make it through the night which really is my weakness because I sit and curl up and watch all my tv shows and I really like to snack during this time.

Great work! Snacking in the evening was an issue for me, too. I ended up just guzzling water or diet ginger ale to make me feel full... And sometimes allowed for popcorn - it keeps your munching urge satisfied!
