Having a weird day today, have absolutely no energy and just want to sleep all day. Met with my trainer and then only did 20 minutes of cardio afterwards, I decided to take it easy. It's so HARD to do that but I know my body needs rest right now. Hopefully I will have some more energy in the morning So I can go for a run.

Oh my gosh, I was having one of those exercise days too. I pushed myself because I know I had to, but it was soooo tough! Sometimes we deserve a day of taking it easy, that's for sure. That's what I'm doing tomorrow. ;) Have a good evening!

I still did go for a run tonight and it did feel amazing, its weird though some days I have so much energy and feel like I could work out for hours, other days its like im counting every minute, I like when there is a good tv show on I can watch at the gym, like the biggest loser or bachelorette and then my workout goes very fast

Today, I watched 2 NBC Nightly News and listened to a radio podcast on my iTouch while on the elliptical - that was a long haul to get to only 800 calories in an hour and I almost decided to stop. Then I went back to my music videos and the pace stepped up and I got another hour in!
It'll be only music from now on. The right songs and I could go on for hours. It's all about finding your motivation!
