i'm doing well with working out up to 2 hrs on days off, 2 times/wk. i haven't been keeping a food journal though. so my diet maybe slaking. 3 wks tilll the end of the wt lost contest
183.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
