puting on more and more weight n i cant see a way forward anymore... :(
need a diet to stick to..and fast

Hello, I would try something to get my bodies attention, hello body I need a drop! I suggest lower your carbs and lots of water. How many carbs do you everage a day? I know they stick to me like glue. Hoping you have sucess!

Stop drinking calories first. Stop eating out of cellophane bags second. Start logging everything you put in your mouth third. Then you can make a better decision about other changes to make.

I like the structure of low carb diets especially Atkins. It takes some getting used to but logging your food really helps and daily journals do as well it always amazes me how much my emotions alter my eating habits. I had reached my goal weight and was so happy with myself. But a bit of depression turned into why can't I eat like a normal person and BAM I'm back to where I started. I really believe that had I continued to log and journal I would not have let it get this bad. So - you can do this. I can do this. We all can do this. Together!!
