Sleep really does make a difference. My slip up yesterday was one weak vodka cranberry and only 5 hours of sleep. I have to work this morning, so I have all my foods portioned and packed for the day. Hopefully, a nap this afternoon and a good night of sleep tonight will get me back on track.

Starting-5th day
Total loss-7 pounds
227.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
