Today at the gym I did the bench press at 245lbs, did a set of 6 reps, a 2nd set of 4 reps and a final set of 4 reps. On the incline, I did a set of 10 reps at 205lbs, and then 2 sets of 10 reps at 185lbs. I also did the row lateral at 315lbs, a set of 8 reps, 325lbs a set of reps and 335lbs a set of 8 reps. Ran a mile on the treadmill in 6:51 seconds. I also spent 30 mins of my lunch hour walking.
