Well i tried the p90x for the first time and wow for day one it was hard. I didnt have all the gagets for it so i changed the dvd and did the cardio one and still that was hard too. We will see if i contine this or just stick with my elliptical. Did ok on eating this weekend and got it a work out on sat and sun so that is good for me :0)

Try to stick with the P90X. It took me a couple of weeks, but eventually I could last a little longer each workout and keep up. You can do it if you stick with it. After that first 4 weeks, and you have your routine down with it, it gets a little easier to keep going. You can do this!!

Yea you will build endurance. Your muscles get used to the same old thing. You have to push yourself out of your comfort zone in order to continue getting in shape. The more muscles you use the better. I can't believe how much stronger i feel when I push myself. Plus, you burn tons more calories.

Im just not too sure if it is for me at this point idk i need to get all the gagets to do the workouts. So maybe i will continue next week. Have to wait for payday for gagets lol
