Officially just began my diet yesterday. I hope this year to be able to maintain it a little better instead of being lazy about it. I'm also hoping to incorporate a little excercise regularly into my schedule. (I hate it and have never been disciplined enough to stick with an excercise plan) The goal is every TUESDAY/THURSDAY/SATURDAY for a minimum of at least half an hour. That would mean starting today. Hopefully I'll make it to the gym if not, I guess some rigorous housecleaning may have to do since I will be working late tonight.

May I ask, are you following phase 1 of SB? Or just trying to eat healthier? The reason I ask is because of your food journal. Fruit isn't South Beach approved only the first 14 days, so I was just curious. I have tons of links and sites that help with the food list for SB if that's what you're following. You picked a great site though, this is a wonderful place!

Try the Ten Minute solution workouts. They are slpit up into 5 ten minute sections, so you can just do what you have the time and energy for. I really like the Kickboxing Boot Camp and the Blast Off the Belly Fat ones. Good luck on sticking to your diet!
