down almost an inch everywhere, but the scale isnt moving in the right direction. oh well, Ill take what i can get!

You have done such a super job! Looking great! The inches are what it's all about in the long run - especially after taking off the initial weight. The last few pounds will be tougher to come off, but they will, and you will continue to tone up in the meantime, and be ecstatic with the results of your efforts. Keep up the good work.
