Went to my doctor today and was not happy with blood work especially ACI #'s. I have 3 months to lower my numbers or I have to go on meds...my doctor suggested the south beach diet and thinks this will help me as ww did not do much for me in the past.
Here's to trying something new and hoping that it works.
