I ended my fast earlier than expected. Finished fast = 67.5 hrs (THIS IS MY RECORD FAST) 65 hrs was my last record so not by much.

I only did 50 push-ups felt good but I did not look forward to doing HIIT or the rest of the 50 push-ups on fasted state so I gave up early.

I ate my homemade aged (2weeks) 1lb steak. not impressed lol. but it was a record so had to celebrate. Had some bone broth too.

WOW!!! I am super impressed. I completed a 42 hour fast last week and in the last hour or so I was having trouble with the most minimal activity... I'm in awe at the idea of being able to do any pushups after 67+ hours of fasting (or really to do pushups at all, but I'll get there.) Way to go!

thank you so much. I was a total couch potato 2 years ago. I never thought this was possible for me to ever do, until I went on the ketogenic diet first then going into the carnivore diet. I can't believe that I actually look forward to working out and pushing myself.
