Today was the 4th and final day of my workouts. This morning I did the bench press...at 245 lbs I did a set of 6 reps, 2nd set of 4 reps and a final set of 4 reps. On the Incline, 1 did a set of 10 reps at 205 lbs. Ran a mile on the treadmill in 6:51 and did a mile on the elliptical machine in 12:10. Finally, I did 30 reps of crunches at 190 lbs.
