Today I took my weights up 20 lbs. Bench Presses 245 lbs, 1st set 6 reps; 2nd set 4 reps; 3rd set 4 reps. Incline 205 lbs, 1 set of 10 reps. Ran 9 mph on treadmill, mile time 7 mins flat. Did a mile on the Elliptical Machine in 12:10. Did crunches, 3 sets of 10 reps at 190 lbs. Hopefully I can maintain this throughout the week, we'll see.
