I need to stop letting my plateau "weigh me down" .I feel great I know I am following the diet so there is no need to feel so grumpy about my stalling. I will lose it eventually. It's not about what I am eating but what I am not eating. I had a huge breakfast but normally there would have been toast maybe pastry and more Each day I am eliminating all sorts of thing that made me fat before. There is no reason to assume I am at a permanent weight now. Things will change for the better because they already have. soon I will be getting even more outdoor time and more walking.
