Tough week, major slow down, and fluctuating weight gain from 243 - 250... Found out my body has been trying to readjust. I was doing OMD, less than 1000 keto foods, less than 20g net carbs... Then I hit a wall, my body all of a sudden horded all I ate and there was issues with BM... I was constantly constipated.. Even with lots of proper minerals, fiber, oils and water.. I was backed up.... Thanks to some research and my Doctor, I am now feeling a bit better. Went back to 2 meals a day, eating close to 2000 calories (past 4 days) , and some generic Senekot... Getting back to ACV drink, lots of leafy greens and good foods that provide the minimals I need. Just getting through this... Good news is that I am losing inches.... So my clothes are looking baggy lol..
