I'm having a really hard time staying on my diet. My self control is zero. I'm going to try no carbs for a while. That may last about an hour. We'll see. I want to go swimming.

Hey I happen to see your weigh post on the main page and wanted to let you know what is working for me. Just counting calories, no focus on what I eat, when I eat or anything else. I have tried every diet under the sun, and fell off the wagon on all of them. Right now just counting calories and burning more than i eat is working great and i don't hate my life while doing it. I'm not out to sell you anything or any of that jazz, I just know how frustrating this can bee and want others to know what is working for me, I hope this helps you, and feel free to look at what I have been eating and how it is working for me.
