I haven't journalled in almost a week. I had a few drinks Friday night that I didn't track. First time I've had alchol in over a year. I played some cards with friends that night. :) Saturday was making the best choices I could while we were out and about, but I was mindful of how much I ate, and we were reeeeally busy running around and getting some shopping done with both kids.

Yesterday I didn't track at all, and Tuesday night all I had for dinner was toast, I caught some kinda stomach bug that made me think I had food poisoning. -_- Definitely a bug since my 8yr came home and threw up in the hall floor, and my husband woke up with his guts all hurty this morning I'm back on track today. I didn't hardly eat anything yesterday. I had some toast for lunch, and a little pizza for dinner. That's it. Luckily the bug runs through you quick, so today I feel mostly normal, just tired. That's all folks!
