Today, I did a great job on the bench press. I did 2 sets of 8 reps at 225 lbs, then did a final set of 8 reps at 235 lbs. I did a set of 10 reps on the Incline at 185 lbs. I also ran a mile on the treadmill in 6:57 and did a 1/2 mile on the Eliptical machine at 6:20. Finally, I did crunches, 3 sets of 10 reps at 190 lbs.
