Maintained my workout at the gym this morning....hit 3 sets of 8 reps at 225lbs on the bench press, did 1 set of 10 reps on the Incline at 185lbs, Ran a mile on the treadmill in 7:15 and ran a mile on the Elliptical machine in 13:20. Also did crunches, 3 sets of 10 reps at 190 lbs.
