not sure about the drum roll. my target is to be under 69 kilos on Monday morning. sounds simple, but my wife made a batch of potato n cheese pancakes to have with our Sunday brunch

They sound lovely! It makes sense to me though - drop regularly during the week then a blow out on Sunday ... as long as you're already at your target. My problem is I'm not at target yet! 😂😂. Have a great day, Willie!

Many people work to a weekly average rather than a daily one so it makes sense in that way. Also it's recommended that if you're doing a lot of training you have rest and feeding days (so I've read - me? train?? 🤣😂🤣). So perhaps you've hit upon the right thing for you (and can still take advantage of your wife's baking skills!). Enjoy!
