Thurs night, I will be making Mussels in garlic butter sauce, Shrimp in SF BBQ sauce, and Scallops in butter, garlic and basil...
Saturday night, I will be making steaks and Caesar Salad.. Also Creamed Spinach souffle with cream cheese, feta & egg. (the guts to Spanikopita)
All in all, I'm back into Ketosis, fat adapted, and sailing through the 170's.. Hoping to be at 150 by winter holidays...
I will be fasting more, next week.. No dinner parties planned.
