My birthday is coming up and I will be 30years old, I want to lose my belly and the fat around my back, does anyone have any ideas on how I may be able to lose the fat in these particular areas?

Strength training can really help with back fat. It helps build muscle so you get more firm but the thing is that you need to lose the fat and there really is no way to spot train. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy and fruits and veggies in your diet in order to lose fat. Protein helps lose fat more quickly. Do strength training/circuit training a few times a week and cardio a few times a week. Cardio burns fat and strength training helps firm you up so you don't jiggle any more. Google foods that may help reduce belly fat/bloat. It takes time to change your body composition. Those PX90 and Insanity call also help but they may be a bit much. You do a lot with workout videos and walking/running/biking/hiking/ etc. Whatever gets you moving.
