I almost lost my willpower yesterday and today. Last night I went out to eat with my Dad for his Birthday. I wanted a baked potatoe so baddddd...but I ate more veggies. Today, the stress from a procedure my Husband had and my foot Dr. appointment about put me over the edge. But I handled it well. I drove right on by all the fast food places and they smelled really good, I made it home safe and sound and ate some celery!!
