Hard to believe this is week #3 again. The double workouts remind me it is, but still it is so hard to believe another round of 21 Day fix nutrition and my own creative workout combinations with the help of Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, and Skimble is nearly complete.

It seems I am stuck in the 230's right now, and though it's annoying, it is light years better than where I was last year this time. I have not measured, and for the most part my clothes still fit me the same. I still have the pooch. But I have a pair of running shorts I bought a few years ago at a consignment place. It's like the ones I always wished I owned, so I bought them. They are XXL, which in the runners world probably means an XL or L depending on the brand. LOL. I could fit into them when I first purchased and to the best of my memory, they were SNUG. Now, they fit comfortably. There is actually air between my legs and the shorts material, where there really was none before. So yeah!

Weakness this week: Kemp's frozen yogurt --- Black Jack Cherry and Salted Caramel Truffle Swirl. Oh My What Frozen Goodness!!!! (I've switched from using the yellow containers to the blue containers so I can enjoy both flavors!)
