weight 187, blood sugar 113. When I started I had morning blood sugars of 165 with a whole glipizide at night, now nearly normal with only half a glypizide. Getting hungry in morning.

There is a point where strict diet control becomes boring. Changing up recipes, exercise, and other distractions can help. I hope to lose another 37 lbs, to get down to 150. I have lost nearly 1/3 of what I needed to lose.

Taking fresh tomatoes, salad from last night, and some turkey for lunch. Being prepared with appetizing food helps to avoid bad temptations. Veggies fll you up. I should cook the squash I have in fridge at work on Friday
