VSWIFT's Journal, 29 June 2007

Have been going through some changes in my life and the diet had to go for a while. My Husband lost his job and weve been eating junk because it's cheap! I will be back.... just have to get my mind set back again. I don't want to get back to my 217lb starting point again.... I have to get back on track and get on track soon! Unfortunately, I have gained more back than I needed to. I got a promotion at work and a raise, so I'm hoping I can get back on track financially and get back on a good eating plan. Wish me luck. Hang in there Vicki and try and eat some good food where possible and try and so some exercise (like 10 - 20 minutes walking even if its every 2nd or third day. Cheers N:)
