not very hungry for breakfast again. Ate too much last night, 4 piece of Red Robin deep fat fried fish. Blood sugar 115 this a.m. Trying to get a handle on my will power again. This is normal in a diet, times when it's harder to do, times when we are hungrie rnad times when, for some reason, we have little appetite except for sweets and bad stuff. Weight still 187.
