My weight is so volatile, I GAINED 4# over the weekend!!! Back on track this morning. Logging all my food and off to the gym in a minute. Eating out over the weekend was really not worth this gain...

I have the same struggles over the weekends- it always is that same stupid 4-5 pounds- I never cook with salt at home- I think it is the added salt they place in foods when I eat out-

I think you are right about the salt. Still, it is depressing to see that weight gain EVERY Monday! I was down to 148 on Friday, the lowest I have been in ages. I even ran 6 miles on Friday to try to front run some of what I knew was coming. Oh well, new week and I know I can get back down by the end of the week (just in time for the weekend!) ;)

oh wow we sound so much alike- it has to be the diet! I was better this weekend didn't eat out as much- and I gained only 1 - but it was the first time it has been that low of a "weekend gain" in MONTHS- so I get the frustration- makes me mad because I am always feeling it is the same 5 pounds over and over and over- drink lots of water today and see how it goes tomorrow- maybe we should just stop weighing on Mondays :)
