Not real happy about the weight loss. I think I must be doing this wrong. I keep good track of what I'm eating & have not had any bad things!!!! The only positive result I see is that my clothes fit a lil different. I'm planning on staying on the Induction phase for some time, but only if I see some results!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 March 2012:
1265 kcal Fat: 87.91g | Prot: 83.31g | Carb: 31.91g.   Breakfast: atkins daybreak shake. Lunch: egg, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), ranch dressing, ham, turkey, green onion, romaine. Dinner: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), american cheese, romaine, black olive, red onion. Snacks/Other: whipped cream, sugar free jello. more...

I would think your clothes fitting better would be results! Remember - your body doesnt only shed weight it also reconfigures your waistline and hips and all other parts of your body. You should measure yourself and keep track of it. If the numbers are getting smaller then you are doing it right. I wouldn't be too worried about the weight just yet if you are noticing a change in how your clothing fits.

No matter how small your loss may be, a loss is a loss and they all add up. I think 4 lbs is a good loss. Don't get discouraged when the scale doesn't move the way you want it to.
