Sick last night. Empty digestive system weighs a lot less. Ate a big breakfast, hoping for a light lunch and supper to keep weight off. One scale said 186 and the other said 185. Why not live a little, I say. Blood sugar not taken. Usually high when ill. Will wait until lunch time.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
